Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement,” and this type of yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, and this type of yoga is sometimes referred to as “Flow.” The linking of body movement and breathe builds strength and flexibility, and will keep you present and centered in your life.
