The Body Barre approach combines dance, Pilates and yoga movements to stretch, lengthen and tone the whole body. These fun, energizing classes are designed to help students reach their fitness goals through small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetition, which will tighten and tone your entire body with an emphasis on defining your glutes and legs.
