New! Power Reformer Equipment Class
This class is taught entirely on our Allegro II, and offers an athletic workout that strengthens and tones the entire body. We combine foundational Pilates methods with focused training techniques. This open level class will define your core, arms, glutes, legs, and sculpt your muscles while improving flexibility, mind-body connection, and overall athletic performance. Socks are required. First timers welcome. Get ready for 50 minutes of total body chiseling.
