Holistic Hatha Yoga
The word Holistic is characterized by discernment of all aspects of a person as being intimately interconnected. Mind, Body, and Spirit. Our Holistic Hatha Yoga classes are Iyengar inspired, alignment oriented classes that include focused pranayama and meditation. Postures are held for longer periods of time and are heavily supported and assisted by both props and teacher. These classes are accessible to all levels, ages, and physical experience.
