Foundational Strength Training
Build strength at Endorphin! Our new Foundational Strength Training program is designed for all ages and experience levels. We strive to be well rounded athletes and have designed programming to build a strong foundation across all major muscle groups. This program will improve your overall strength and rebuild the muscle mass that gradually declines as we age.
We have grouped programming into 4 to 6 week training blocks. Each block is designed to build a strong foundation across all major muscle groups. The programming is structured around major lifts (NO OLYMPIC LIFTING) that require total body muscle recruitment to perform correctly, and as a result are the most effective at building total body strength, neuro muscle connection and coordination. Regardless of your sport/activity/passion, this training program is going to make you stronger. This is not a bodybuilding program, so we are not training to put on mass and or size; rather we are training to improve our total body strength.
The programming is accessible for any level, at any age. We will change the programming each month to ensure we continue to keep challenging the body for long-term improvements. Ask the coach for a copy of the current program and training journal on your first visit.
