Beginning Taiji introduce you to the Dong Family Traditional Yang Style Long Form, Qigong, Push Hands and meditation. These exercises promote health, develops strength, improves coordination and balances mind, body and spirit. Class is taught by David Cabin, a senior instructor with the Alex Dong International Taijiquan Association. David trains with fourth generation, Taiji Master, Alex Dong, who’s lineage can be traced back to the founder of Yang Style Taiji, Yang Luchan.
