We invite you to join us at an exclusive property in Edwards on Thursday, August 22nd for a three-course dinner prepared by renowned local culinary Chef Eric Berg featuring seasonal, locally-sourced produce in his delectable dishes, as well as dancing and live music by local band Rewind.
Back by popular demand, Garden to Glass is an exciting cocktail reception featuring a cocktail competition. The event challenges local bartenders to craft a sensational beverage centered around a secret ingredient. Attendees and sponsors cast their votes to decide who takes home the cash prize and trophy. Join us as 10th Mountain Whiskey and Spirit Co., The Rose, Root & Flower, Terra Bistro, and Vail Catering Conceptscompete to become this year's Garden to Glass Champion.
Proceeds from Farm to Fork and Garden to Glass help the Eagle Valley Land Trust protect land and wildlife habitat in Eagle County. EVLT currently protects over 11,270 acres across 36 properties in Eagle County providing wildlife habitat, recreational opportunities, and functioning agricultural land for our community.
