2019 Dunk-N-Dash Series
What's better than practicing open-water swimming in Nottingham Lake? Running a 5k when you're done! Featuring a weekly 2.4 mile swim in addition to shorter distances, Dunk N' Dash is the perfect way to train for your first (or 30th) triathlon. Now in its 15th season, hundreds of athletes have used this series as a launching ground for summer triathlon training. Just be sure to bring a wetsuit - the water can be chilly!
