Assistant state climatologist Dr. Becky Bolinger presents detailed background information on Colorado’s changing climate. Dr. Natalie Ooi, assistant professor and program coordinator for ski area management at Colorado State University, examines the adaptive capacity of mountain resort destinations. Dr. Rudy Hartman from Metropolitan State University will moderate the panel and review Colorado’s snow parched seasons of 1976-77 and 1980-81 and the response these events triggered for mountain operations.
