Vail Holidays kicks off in Vail Village this weekend!
And despite a very dry, warm start to the ski season, I'm happy to report that snow showers are predicted for Thursday, December 14, and Saturday, December 16. These reports seem to change by the day, however, so be sure to always check back for the most accurate predictions. It likely won't be more than a few inches, but we'll take it!
Cooler evening temperatures, along with progressively cooler daytime temperatures, mean Vail Mountain and Beaver Creek Resort are continuing to blow snow. Right now four lifts and eight trails are open at Vail Mountain. Four lifts and seven trails are open at Beaver Creek. Both resorts continue to add terrain.
With that in mind, here are my top picks for Vail Valley This Week.
