I love this time of year because it's still summer weather, but temperatures are hopefully starting to cool. I'm a cold-weather gal, so I'm happiest in a sweater and hat.

Vail Events This Week
As mentioned above, Beaver Creek Art Festival is Saturday and Sunday, August 4 and 5, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Visitors and locals alike can meet local and national artists from 30 different states. Art showcased will include glass, mixed media, paintings, jewelry and pottery.
Tower of Power will perform at Beaver Creek's Vilar Performing Arts Center on Friday, August 3, then Psychedelic Furs will perform at Vilar on Sunday, August 5.
Minturn Market is every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and features a lot of local and regional artisans!
