Christmas Day is this coming Monday, December 25. And word on the street is that it's going to be a cold holiday weekend.
Temperatures will likely hover mostly in the 20s, with the coldest day being Sunday (listed as high of 11, low of -4, at the time of this writing).
Some snow is expected this Thursday, December 21, and then again on Saturday, December 23. That's good news as winter snowfall has been off to a slow start across Vail and Beaver Creek. Here's hoping Santa brings us some snow for Christmas.
Check here for weather updates as predictions seem to change day to day.
With that in mind, here are my top picks for Vail Valley This Week.
