Pink Vail Fun Returns to Vail on Saturday

By Caitlin Row | Tuesday, March 20, 2018

Thousands of pink-wearing skiers and snowboarders are heading to Vail Mountain! It's Pink Vail this Saturday, March 24, and the event benefits patients at Shaw Cancer Center by funding its Spirit of Survival program. Pink Vail headquarters is found at Vail Mountain's Golden Peak. Non-skiers are welcome to partake in the event as well. Deck parties, kids tents, a costume contest and much more are planned. Click here for information on donating.

Weather predictions this week point to classic mountain spring weather. Temperature highs will hover in the 40s and 50s, with a mix of sunshine, clouds and precipitation on the books. Both snow and rain may fall depending on elevation levels. Click here for an up-to-date 10-day forecast. The Vail Valley recently saw snow as well. Beaver Creek reported 14 inches of new snow last week.

With that in mind, here are my top picks for Vail Valley This Week.
