Memorial Day Weekend is the unofficial start to summer around the Vail Valley, with lots of fun planned for visitors and locals alike. I love this time of year because it's warm (but not too hot), mountainsides are beginning to green, wildflowers are freshly bloomed, parking is plentiful, and the world simply feels fresh.
Temperatures are reaching high 70s throughout the week, with lots of sunshine predicted. It's time to make last-minute plans to visit the mountains (if you weren't already planning to make the trip).
With that in mind, here are my top picks for Vail Valley This Week.
