Driving back from Denver into the high country on Monday meant I got a taste of the end-of-weekend snow-pocalypse. Cars were inching in swirling snow as gusts of wind rocked my car. Even though it took an hour and a half longer to get back home, I was glad to see even more snowfall in the mountains. This winter's snow accumulation has certainly been solid. Let's keep it coming!
Here is the good news – snow showers are once again predicted for Friday, January 11, and the weekend will be clear and sunny with highs in the 30s. I know I'll be out skiing! Click here for the 10-day forecast.
With that in mind, here are my top picks for Vail Valley This Week.
